You may also fax it to 512-471-3940, attention: Texas Soccer Camp. The Texas Soccer Camp accepts Visa, Discover and MasterCard.

Upon receipt of registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with your account information for camp. You will need to download required medical forms from this site.  A deposit of $250 is required to hold a spot in camp and full payment must be recieved 7 days prior to camp start date.  $150 of the deposit is non-refundable to cover our administration costs.
