There are several forms you need to print, complete and return. Please refer to the chart at the right for more information. All forms are Portable Document Format (PDF) files. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print forms. If you are unable to print the forms, please contact us and we will make alternate arrangements.

Upon receipt of registration, a confirmation letter is mailed with health forms and other important information for camp. Space is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
